What’s Your Favorite Spa Treatment?

Devan/INFphoto.com
You can exercise and eat right all year long, but if you feel stressed out and haggard, you’ll look stressed out and haggard. That’s where a little pampering is beneficial. Stars like Christina Applegate and Halle Berry can credit their refreshed faces to the Kinara Spa in Los Angeles (Halle’s a huge fan of their products as well). Facials, hot stone massages … and even a good ol’ pedicure … can improve your mood.

So tell us: What’s your favorite spa treatment?

I go to school for Aesthetics and I really enjoy the Algae Mask, It is enjoyable to have on and it comes off in one peice! It makes your skin feel baby soft, and you look stunning leaving the spa!

I love the full body (head to toes) relaxation massage, the sauna, and then end with the Sleep Room for a quick nap.

I had a 1- 1/2 hour massage on a heated bed/blanket filled with lavender. The masseuse used different oils on different parts of my body to promote relaxation and wellness. At the end of the massage. I was wrapped in the blanket filled with lavender and was allowed to relax and rest to take it all in. This was the ultimate massage! Very relaxing!.
