I use fat-free salsa on almost everything! Eggs, chicken … it adds flavor and texture!
Add fruit to almost any meal….to add delicious flavor. Salads w/mandarins, strawberries, pork w/pears, chicken with orange slices….cook the meat w/the non-stick spray & fruit juices instead of oils, etc.
add mustard its low calorie and totally good
You can still eat healthy and make it taste like junk food - just add your own flair to it. Like you can eat fish but make it fun and tasty at the same time just add the regular stuff you would add but just fat free version instead.
Don’t starve yourself….eat whatever you want but just TRY NOT to snack on the junky food. Trust me i know i weigh 115 pounds and i am 5 feet and 7 inches so i am under weight but in a good way
I just keep track of my calories. I allow myself to have 1300 calories per day. That way, I can eat whatever I want. If i want to have a big ice cream sunday, I can have it, but then I have to go hungry the rest of the day. I’ve found that it makes me want to eat healthier so I can eat more and not feel hungry.
I use alot of spices on anything I cook. It keeps it flavorful without being so blan, espeically fish and chicken. I am alost trying to cut out 100 calorie snacks and trying to eat more wholesome foods and saving processed foods for times when i just have to have a snack.
I add pickles, crispy onions rings, and burning hot sauce to my meals. Although, I should admit that when I eat junk food, I drink a large cup of bitter hot green tea to ease the guilt. I am almost 22 and I weigh about 88 pounds!
spices…especially cinnamon to sweeten things like oatmeal along with vanilla…keep roasted garlic on hand to mix with eggs , twice baked potatoes or spread on wraps…hot sauce on popcorn is really good too.
I love love mushrooms. I usually saute a whole package with a bit of olive oil and worchestshire.
