When she needs to lose weight, Cameron Diaz cuts out all white food (like pasta and bread) because it can have high amounts of sugar, her trainer Teddy Bass told InStyle. And Lily Allen attended hypnotherapy sessions … at a reported $600 an hour! … to help curb her eating. We’ve heard of lemonade diets, soup diets … even cookie diets!

Drank 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar before every meal.

Oh, gosh! Aside from the literal craziness of having been bulimic/anorexic for 35 years (yes, somehow I survived), I have tried everything from the cayenne/maple syrup/lemon juice drink, to fasting except for coffee and wine, and then running outside for as long as possible. (Again: It’s a miracle I have not had a heart attack!)
These days, the “craziest” thing I would consider is to skip a meal! But headaches and dizziness make me wise up pretty fast, and get back on track.
