I turn 40 in ‘09 – same as Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Lopez. Jennifer Aniston’s recent photo on the cover of GQ is my inspiration for pushing harder on the treadmill and bowflex this year! More fresh salads, whole grains, fruits and water is also the plan.
Food-wise: not eating two hours before I go to bed, eating several small meals a day instead of three big ones, eating a wider variety of vegetables.
Exercise: kinesthetics three times a week, cardio five times a week, begin taking yoga classes on a regular basis.
I’m on the short side and top heavy. I look forward to the winter season only because I cover my boobs with sweaters and scarfs. One day I saw Kim Kardashian in a bikini and saw how she pulls it off, I thought to myself “If she can do it then so can I” So my new years resolution is to tone up my body and get that bikin bod I know I can get.
I’m a size 2 but I have 0 strength, stamina, or endurance. My diet is mostly carbs. My goal for 2009 is to reduce simple carbs and eat more protein every day and to build a stronger body. Being thin isn’t the point.
remember cardio is very important, it trims the unwanted fat helping you get into those skinny jeans
I had rock hard abs and a toned body in college…my goal isn’t to look like that again, but to eat healthier and leaner. I want to be consistent in my fitness routine, working out 4 to 5 days per week.
My ultimate goal for 2009 is to eat cleaner foods, drink more water each day, and focus on weight loss. I’d like to lose 50 pounds by the end of July, which is when I’ll turn 35!
My goal for 2009 is to stay eco-friendly as much as possible:
-Eat healthy organic food;
-use natural paraben and parfum-free cosmeticts;
-use eco-friendly cleaning stuff for house;
-trying to run outstide more;
-buying more cotton cloth;
-to do a lot cardio for my heart;
-drinking a lot of filtred water is awoiding buying botteles water;
-instead dryving to the gym, workout at home from time to time,
and of course to lose 20(or even more) pounds.
Goog luck to everybody, who try, as I know how difficult it sometimes could be.
